Hi, mammas, I have this constant nausea but I can’t throw up, I just feel it inside together with an awful taste on my mouth. When did things improve for you?

For me it got better around 12 weeks then worse again weeks 14 to 16 then went. Everyone is so different though. Just remember this won't be forever, it's so hard to think that in the moment. I remember thinking I was done with children at this stage and laughed about it later on as in the moment it feels like forever.

Try sips of drink and eating small amounts often, dry beige food.

11 weeks for me, but I never had bad 'morning sickness' tbh just strong food aversions, feel nauseous in the mornings and a lot of gagging at smells 😂

I'm 13+1 and it is only just settling down I'm still sick most evenings but i can keep the majority of my food down and function for most of the day now. I'd say 8-11 weeks were the worst for me. Everybody is so different though.

InTheNightWeWillWish · 09/01/2022 17:46

About 20 weeks. Then came back about 34 weeks.

10 weeks. Just always felt sick especially when hungry, but could barely eat. 🙈

Between 10 and 14 weeks with my three. The most severe was the one that stopped at 10 weeks, it was practically overnight. I peaked at vomitting 20 times in one day and the next day I wasn't sick at all.

Wonderwoman13 · 09/01/2022 18:05

Omg @KurtWilde it must have been awful but mama is strong haha xoxo

Kicked in around 6 weeks and eased about 10/11 weeks for me too - I think that is when the placenta really begins to take over so nausea often starts to ease for many women then (assuming it was relatively mild in the first place, I know some women aren't as lucky with that Sad).
