Feeling gross, tips to stay well

I'm 24 weeks now and already feel massive. I seesaw a lot with my weight and eating habits. Obviously I'm not actively trying to lose weight during pregnancy and am fully embracing my bump but I do feel sluggish, bloated and podgy in other areas like my face. The issue is I'm knackered already and it's only going to get worse. I haven't exercised since the first trimester and even moderate walks wipe me out now. My diet has also been quite poor as I've been totally off most foods and craving bland carbs or sugary snacks.

My skin is oily and spotty and I just feel very bleh. Before pregnancy I was trying to be healthier mentally and physically - I walked a lot, meditated, read a lot of books, did yoga and was watching my diet. But I seem to have lost motivation for all of this now and am so exhausted by the end of the day that I just flake out on my phone. Anyone got any lifestyle and well-being tips for a lazy pregnant lady?

Tell yourself that you need to stay active or start being active cause it will help you with labour and recovery. And generally the more sluggish u feel the more u should try to get up and do something cause the more u lay the more u wanna lay... tomorrow walk around the street where u live..even if for 2 mins...the next day more and so on.. it doesnt have to be miles, til end of street and back x just start from somewhere yea
