Low papp-a, 36 week growth static.. induction?

Good evening all, I wondered if anyone had experience with a low papp-a pregnancy.

I had regular scans every 3 weeks which were fine and baby was showing on 50th centile each time until my 36 week scan this Thursday just gone where she had dropped. She was showing as not having gained much at all since the last scan.

I was due a scan on 27th which has been brought forward to 20th but I also have a call booked in (which has been booked for months) with a consultant who had previously mentioned inducing me before 40 weeks anyway but this was prior to the scan showing growth has slowed right down.

I've left a message with her secretary today asking if they can call me before Friday so I can know what their plan is as I'm driving myself crazy..

I guess it doesn't make sense to me to keep little lady inside for another 2 weeks when clearly she isn't growing and my placenta is failing.. I'll be 37 weeks on Thursday, can I request an induction?

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Thanks
