Absolutely rubbish company to deal with. Take your money, then only provide half of your order. Then make you wait for the rest of the order you have already paid for. Not ideal when you have babies. Avoid at all costs. Buy from another company

I second this - we ordered a baby carrier from them that took 3 weeks to arrive!

I need to speak to them actually as I bought an iCandy bundle at The Baby Show through them and I'm sure it was meant to come with the umbrella and changing bag and haven't received it

I purchased a car seat and base about 9pm on NYE and it was delivered at 7.55am 4th Jan, I was really impressed with service.

Also have friends that purchased travel system with them at baby show and it was delivered as promised. Sorry it hasn't been the case for you.

Meant to say, I've received the pram and car seat I ordered, it's just missing some of the accessories.
