I’m assuming I can’t use weights etc

You can use light weights to tone up, I did.

Tricep dips are good

@LemonPeonies how heavy are the weights ? I’ve never done weights before. I am more of a walker to keep fit . I’m back down to size 10 but the bingo wings won’t go lol

You can 100% use weights.

Doing tricep dips with your body weight will also be good

You can use weights. Im 20 weeks and I use up to 8lb depending on.exercise. there's also loads of great upper body exercises you can do without weights.

I've you've never used weights before and you are pregnant I'd say you go to a fitness class online or in person. Technique is key.

I'm pregnant and run, lift weights etc but I've been doing that pre-pregnancy. It's not normally recommended to start strenuous exercise when pregnant.

Why couldn't you use weights ? Exercise is healthy , Im only 5 weeks but getting back to the Gym next week for cardio and weights 3 - 4 times a week.
