Hi,
Does anyone have one of these and could recommend it? I'm only 13+5 so not looking to get it just yet - apparently they're designed for 20 weeks onwards?, but I'm already having pain in my right hip and finding it hard to get comfy at night. I am using a normal pillow between my legs but it doesn't seem to be doing much and ends up on the floor most nights.
Many thanks in advance!

Personally it's a bit crap. I've had lots over the years and the best one for hip pain was the theraline.

I love mine but I use it round my head and shoulders and torso a bit like a long reading pillow and fall asleep hugging it, I then put a normal pillow between my legs to help with hips. I found it too shallow when my bump was smaller to use it as you’re meant to and then the gap between the back support as the pillow wasn’t big enough once bump got bigger! However I can’t sleep without it (forgot it on a weekend away a few weeks ago and was miserable). I think I’d try one of the huge I shaped pillows next time if I had a super king but felt they wouldn’t leave very much space for DH hence buying the genii!

Thanks both! I will investigate some others, as its no good if it doesn't help with the hip pain.

I’m only 14w but started using the BBHugMe from 12 weeks as I developed some pain in my groin and around the area where your “inner” sit bones are.

It is a very expensive pillow but the pain cleared up pretty much straightaway & as a bonus I’m sleeping through the night again.

My top tip before buying any body pillow is to make your own by rolling up a spare duvet if you have one! It helped me work out what sort of pillow shape was the most comfortable especially as I'm not naturally a side sleeper so feel like I am having to learn how to sleep again! I ended up getting the bbhugme which is really expensive and takes up a lot of space in the bed but I am sleeping much better since we got it.

@Wolowl you should use 2.Leachco Back 'N Belly Body Pillow. I purchased it from [[https://www.talkaboutsleep.com/best-body-pillows/ here]]. It really makes my adjustment easy and helps me to make a new sleeping position. It also Improves circulation and improves my heartburn and leg cramps.

Thanks all. I did end up getting the Dreamgenii and am getting on well with it, my hip pain has gone so that's good. It was on sale too so much cheaper than I'd seen previously. I did like the look of the Theraline pillows but they appear to be made in Germany and don't ship to the UK right now, so that was out. I did see a £70 second hand one online but that seemed excessive.
