Overcooked pasta pregnant

Hi all,
I had some pasta for dinner but I think I overcooked it quite a bit but still ate it. I'm 8 weeks pregnant, and Im quite anxious that it will affect the baby. I've had misscarrige before in the past.

I know I've posted a lot of things that I'm anxious about and I've talked to midwife. But sometimes this is extra reasurrance etc.

How do you think siggy pasta is going to harm the baby.
What is your logic?

Seriously I'm not poking fun or piling on you I'm just trying to see your thought process and how it is affecting you.

I think it might be worth contacting your mental health contact, and seeing if they can speed up your referral. A couple of weeks is a long time, with such severe anxiety
