Anyone suffer from leg/hip pain at night?

I'm 7 months pregnant and had it from around 4 months but it's progressively got worse and effecting my sleep. From about 2am I'm waking up with extreme pain on both legs depending on what side I lay on.

Tried stretching, using a pregnancy pillow, elevating legs etc but nothing helps!

Any tips would be greatly appreciated

I’m 40+1 and suffering badly with sciatica in my hips, lower back and legs.

I haven’t tried it yet but my midwife has recommended hot or warm compress. Tonight I’m going to make a hot water bottle to go to bed to see if I can ease it. Currently waking every 30 mins to swap sides I’m lying on and it’s exhausting!

I do too (31+5) except mine is the side I'm lying on so I find once I turn over it goes then 2-3 hours later that side hurts and I have to turn over again!

Only time I don't get it is in the spare bed when I'm on my own as the mattress in there is really soft so I just sink into it, our bed is quite firm hence why I think it hurts in there

Im suffering badly with this too, I'm currently 31 weeks and waking up every 30 minutes or so with pains in my leg and hips. Turning over only solves the problem for another 30 minutes! I have the pregnancy pillow between my legs but it doesn't seem to work. My physio has given me some stretches which help with the pain during the day but not so much at night. Interested to hear if anyone has any solutions to help the night time pain!

Go to an osteopath or physio. Not a chiropractor.
