I think I'm roughly about 6 weeks and the last few days I've have started so badly with the nausea, to the point I physically can't eat. We went out for tea last night for my birthday and the smell of food is so overwhelming it makes me feel even worse so I didn't eat,

I've been eating plain crackers & snackajacks in the day and drinking lots of water but I'm really struggling. Are there any suggestions which might help me get this nausea under control?

I'm only 4 weeks but been doing my research a few things I'm going to try if it hits me Pregnancy wrist bands the same as travel acupuncture bands You can buy a roller ball with ginger in it that's meant to help roll it on wrists I think Fresh ginger and lemon in hot water Ginger biscuits

Now I'm no expert these are things I've come across and noted to try if I do get morning sickness .

I have ordered the bands, I've been and bought ginger biscuits! I'm just struggling with the nausea really bad! 😭 and I'm also trying to keep it a secret. I'm due back to work next Monday so want to try and get it a little under control! It's physically so draining I could sit and cry! So horrible! X

This is what I'm dreading because it will be very hard for me to hide in my office if I'm sick , I seen a pregnancy nausea tea on my Google search was basically lemon (lemon balm leaf) ginger and honey in hot water might be worth a try ?

I found lemonade helped me - water makes me feel sick.

Also don't let your stomach get too empty so lots of little meals and try and have some toast as soon as you wake

Yesterday I managed to eat some chips and crackers! Not the best choice of foods but it's honestly all I could face when it came to it. The smells of other meals I'm struggling with badly! When I wake up in the morning I've been eating a couple of plain crackers and drinking some water with my vitamins. I'm just a little scared because I'm not eating much is the baby going to be getting all the nutrients it needs?

It's so awful! Eat before you even get out of bed. Honestly, nothing really helped me 😬 but at 16 weeks, it disappeared overnight.

Hi OP, you have my sympathy, morning sickness is horrible. I found fresh strawberries the best thing to curb the nausea, as well as dry crackers with a bit of cheese. Ginger ale was also quite helpful. Keep plain biscuits next to your bed and eat one as soon as you wake up which can help with the really early morning retching.

At work I was able to use the toilets in a different department to be sick, as I didn't want people to know early on. This stage feels like it will last forever - I recall sitting with my head in my hands at 6 months weeping to my husband that I'd 'never feel well again' but it does eventually pass!

Good luck and also congratulations x
