After 2 weeks late period and lots of tests (some positive, some faint positive, some negative) and an ultrasound (internal) that was inconclusive, blood test yesterday showed hormone level of 36, therefore pregnant, albeit early probably around 3 to 4 weeks I think. Today have had period style cramps and started bleeding heavily a couple of hours ago. This clot came out when I wiped. I think I am miscarrying (I believe it would be called a chemical pregnancy as it likely hadn't implanted yet). I'm afraid and I don't know what's happening. Luckily I have an appointment with my gyno tomorrow morning. Does it look like miscarriage? It's definitely more than spotting. Help!
