Help! I’m currently 17+2. Pre pregnancy my BMI was around 27 so a bit on the high side. During the first trimester due to nausea and surviving on carbs I gained a lot of weight, then Christmas happened. I just weighed myself and have gained 2 stone during the pregnancy so far. Now feeling horrendously guilty that it’ll harm the baby and conscious I’ve been so lazy too.
It’s a wake up call and decided to start a fresh tomorrow, I’m signed up to Bumps & Burpees and will aim to follow a healthy diet.
Anyone else got experience of this? I know I’m not meant to ‘diet’ but is it ok to shift a few pounds which I know are from excess eating not baby?
