Which pram to buy

Hello everyone,

I need some advise please.

I am starting to look for a pram, there are so many choices!

What makes it harder is that I am currently pregnant with first baby, then I will wait a year to start for second one.
If everything works out, I will need a double pram.

So the question is what should I buy now? the pram will only be used for less than two years and then I will need to change it for a double.
Or buy now a convertible one for new born and todler?

Which one to go in this category to start using from now?

If you’re planning to have two together I’d definitely go with something convertible. Have a think wether you’d prefer side by side (could be a pain to get through shop doors due to its width) or one where they’re in front of each other. Friends of mine have had both the silver cross wave and the bugaboo donkey and have loved both

I went for an iCandy Peach for the same reason that I can convert it to a double when we have our next baby

To add too I also really liked the UppaBaby Vista which also converts but I preferred the double configurations if the iCandy

We've got the icandy peach for our 8 month old (absolutely beautiful pram) and I'm now 12 weeks pregnant with my 2nd. We planned to have babies close together, albeit not quite as close as it has ended up 😂 we will be buying the conversion kit to make it a double x

Silver cross coast is the convertible we have and I really like it

Hi all, so glad to find this thread as I'm also wondering the same... I've heard the uppababy vista is good too as apparently it is easy to extend and good on uneven surfaces (we have 2 dogs so this is essential!). I've also heard the cybex car seat is amazing (it stretches out so the baby can stay in the car seat for longer, meaning no need to take another attachment for the pram when traveling?) but it doesn't seem to be compatible... It's literally a minefield!! 🤯

Will take a look at the icandy ones... Any other tips very welcome though!!!

I got a second hand vista when I had my second. I WISH I'd had it to start with. The double configuration was great (I had 2 years between mine)

I love it and it's still going strong for youngest.

I’ve just ordered the Uppababy Cruz V2 - it looks great and is a bit more lightweight than the Vista, but still pretty sturdy.

Thank you everyone 😊!

I will start searching these brands.

@MrsTrue I also have two small dogs too. (Which I forgot to mention).
