Swollen sore Vulva 38 Weeks

Hi there!

I am currently a week away from being induced with my second.

I've suffered this time with quite bad PGP which has meant I've been sore around my lower back and front pelvis. I've been lucky enough to have physio which has eased it somewhat.

I've always described the pain to feel like it's internal and a pushing down on my pelvis and vulva

Today it feels worse and I've realised I'm actually quite swollen around my vulva and opening of my vagina.

It's not sore to touch but just feels generally a little painful. I'm actually going to reach for some paracetamol today for the first time to ease it.

I didn't have any of this with my other pregnancy and just wondered if it's normal? I've not actually had an internal examination as it was felt this was PGP (which it does match all the symptoms for!)

Any advice most welcome. Every time I stand up, I feel like my insides might fall out!
