Did anyone manage to get pregnant while having covid?

Been TTC#2 for several months now and me and DH tested positive for covid yesterday. I feel horrendous, he has mild symptoms so far. I’m ovulating today so we somehow managed to DTD last night as we didn’t want to miss the opportunity. I feel so poorly and I’m sure it’ll prevent me from getting pregnant. Did anyone who had covid at the time manage to conceive or is it highly unlikely this month?

I ovulated while I had very mild covid, and conceived that month. It's definitely possible!

I conceived while I had covid. Was surprised the pregnancy managed to hold because I felt rotten and had a very high temperature and I heard that a high temperature is not ideal for conception, particularly for sperm. I thought Covid had delayed my period, but no, I was pregnant. I worried that I would miscarry or that there would be issues with the pregnancy. Thankfully, everything is fine and I am now 21 weeks.

I did!!!

My DH and I both tested positive. He had very mild symptoms but I felt quite unwell.

We are both double vaccinated so I’m not sure if that makes a difference but I found out I was pregnant a few weeks later and the dates show I was ovulating while i had covid.

I would have avoided dtd! Wouldn't want to conceive with covid sperm tbh

"covid sperm"?! Hmm Hope you're joking! My DS, conceived with "covid sperm", is thriving. Incidentally, even if covid is proven to affect sperm quality, sperm take weeks to develop, so the sperm ejaculated at the point of having covid would not be the ones affected would they. They were on the production line well before the man contracted covid.

I can't think of anything that would suggest mild COVID or any cold / flu would impact getting pregnant in that particular month. Of course being poorly may affect production of future sperm...
At the beginning of a pregnancy, it seems everything appears 'self-contained' down there - sperm meet egg, implantation, etc.
