No period 14 weeks after pregnancy - bottle feeding

Hello, I'm exclusively bottle feeding and my period hasn't returned after pregnancy. It is now 14 weeks. Has anyone else waited this long or know why?

It can take a while for things to return to normal.

Just to check though - have you had sex since the birth? If yes, and there is a chance perhaps consider a pregnancy test?
