Scared bleeding

Hi everyone I'm 40 weeks today and just went to the toliet and when I wiped there was blood not loads but enough with my first I was induced at 38 weeks so never experienced going into labour
Should I be worried or is this normal my mum said it was normal and to wait for pains
All advice would be great as I'm googling everything and worried tia

Phone maternity triage

Yep call triage. I had this with both of mine and the midwife said it may just be how I go into labour. Both babies absolutely fine. If more than a bloody show then you need to be seen. Good luck!

They've said just to monitor it and if pains become regular to phone
Atm I have brown blood everytime I go to toliet and period type pains mostly in back

Sounds like it could be the start of things then!
