Bleeding

I am 5 weeks pregnant today and last night I wiped and there was pink blood and now it's bright red.
Can I have some opinions please do you think I'm loosing my baby?

This happened to me and I went for an emergency scan privately and all was fine I was slightly further along though. It happened 3 more times ds just turned 1. I hope all is well x

Speak to someone medical asap, although unfortunately they probably won't know either at this stage.

It is very common, and not necessarily a miscarriage sign. There are many causes (although miscarriage sadly is one) and many go on to take pregnancies to term. But it's also very stressful, and online info is poor. You should call your EPU as they may want to scan you to see what's going on.

I had spotting throughout trimester 1, and big bleeds at 7 and 11 weeks. Called EPU both times and went in for scans. 12 week scan absolutely fine, and more at 14 weeks.
