5 weeks pregnant cervix (possibly?) pain

This is my third pregnancy/baby and I don’t remember this happening before. I’m only 5 weeks but have had period type cramping since when my period was due and now have awful cervix pain which I can only liken to the end of pregnancy when the babies head is low (if this makes sense)
I also have had since the positive test, a huge gut feeling that something is wrong :(

I am also 5 weeks pregnant I am having the exact same pains , someone told me that this is common in third pregnancy's as your muscles are more relaxed . I can't help but worry about it X
