This may be tmi so sorry but I am day 16 of my cycle and have tender breasts and cramps plus feeling slightly sick. I have been having regular unprotected sex with dp and I was wondering whether this is normal? My cycles for the past 3/4 months have been a constant 30 days. Many thanks.
