Hey all! So, i had my 12 week baby scan yesterday and the nurse who did the scan was lovely. She started the scan by immediately saying "There she is! She's got a good heart beat!" Which i am absolutely over the moon with any gender however I thought it was maybe too early to get an accurate reading of the gender and it just came by surprise! II thought they'd refer to baby as 'they' or 'baby'. When I asked her, she quickly said I'd have to book private to know the gender hehe. Has anyone else's nurse referred to their baby as a gender by default? Wondering if it's common or if it's an accidental slip up! I've attached scan pictures, I'm so excited for baby!
Hope you're all having a lovely day!
