I am taking the combined pill at the moment and I have noticed some strange goings on this month. I started my pill late this month on the 8th day of my cycle. I noticed about 2 weeks in to the pack I had a lot of cramping pain in y ovaries and uterus which I thought nothing 'much' of. And then 5 days later I had brown / pink discharge spotting in my underwear. It was the tiniest amount for 2 days, but I know this because it stained my white pants. With this I also had some pulling cramping which felt like I was about to come on a period and this disappeared too. I saw out the rest of my pack and I am currently 4 days without a period which is weird for me. My body is quick to notice when is top taking the pill.
I took a pregnancy test a few days ago and it was negative so I'm not sure whether to worry or not.
