Im 38 +4 and had a sweep today they told me baby is 3/5 engaged, cervix is 1cm long and I'm 2cm dilated. About 8 hours after I lost my mucus plug does this mean labour could be near? Have had a few pains earlier before I lost the plug but nothing since ? Anyone had anything familiar before ?
