Hi all, I'm 9 weeks pregnant, and I had diarrhea + vomit last night along with 7 others I was with 2 days ago. We think it's food poisoning from the fact we all came down with in within minutes of each other. Obviously worried how this is affecting my baby, has anyone else had experience of food poisoning in early pregnancy ?
