Accidentally ate smoked sausage, which isn't fully cooked. Should I be worried about taxoplasmosis?

No. Read "Expecting Better" by Emily Oster

I ate smoked sausage the other day. I didn't heat it up at all. I ate it out the packet. Now I'm panicking as I wasn't even aware to be worried about this?

Mattessons Original flavoured Smoked Pork Sausage is already cooked and is ready to eat.

Please, read the book I recommended.
No food is inherently dangerous to a foetus*. Some foods carry a higher risk of potential food poisoning, that's all.
Sausage is not going to kill anyone.

It will be a long pregnancy if you worry about every morsel.

*Liver contains high levels of Vitamin A and some fish have high levels of mercury. Eating small amounts is fine
