19 weeks - stopped feeling movement

I know it’s early to be feeling any movement but i have been feeling flutters and little movements since 17 weeks, I’m now 19 weeks.
For the past week I haven’t felt anything, I usually would feel a lot of movement when I went to bed at night but now nothing. As I said I know it’s very early to be feeling any movement but should I be worried?
I don’t want to phone my midwife as I feel stupid due to it being so early 🙈

Totally normal! I'm 20 weeks and the flutters come and go, not that consistent 👶🏼 This is my second baby as well.

I started feeling movements at 16 weeks and they then stopped again and I only felt very sporadic and weak movements. It's only really been the last 2 weeks they've properly and consistently got stronger. I have an anterior placenta which is probably why. Maybe you do too?

Completely normal Smile movements don't start to become a pattern until 24 weeks but it doesn't half make you panic!

I think its pretty normal I didn't feel them for days at a time. I have anterior placenta.

When is your 20 week scan?

Is it your first. When I went for my 12 week scan the doctor said (out of nowhere, I hadn't asked about movement) that if I felt anything at all before 20 weeks it was most likely bowels Grin🙈

Certainly movements that early are supposed to be intermittent, so I wouldn't worry (although I know it's impossible not to). When is your 20 week scan? You could always book a private early one if worried?

Baby has probably turned over and is kicking somewhere you can't feel yet!

Definitely normal as others have said
