Boy or girl?

I had a 16 week private scan and was told girl but I was almost certain I saw little boy bits in the scan. I’ve taken some screen shots of the video please can you tell me your opinions please/ if you think I’m seeing something else? It’s driving me mad 🤣

I should add I saw this when he was looking at the skull, brain, heart etc. When he examined the baby bits, he took 3 seconds and then walked out the room and said got it! We had it in an envelope as a surprise and I genuinely couldn’t believe it 🤣🤣
