Lumps in pubic area - third trimester

Hi,

Worrying myself a bit as earlier on I came across what felt like a couple of lumps in my pubic area.

I'm 34 weeks and pretty big, I don't remember feeling anything like it in previous pregnancies. Its right where the bottom of my bump stops and the pubic area begins, almost along that line there, to the left hand site if I press down is what feels like a few fatty lumps. Has anyone noticed this before? I'm wondering if it could be swollen veins, I am bigger this time. Baby is head down as far as I know also so imagine the head is around there somewhere too.

It could be lymph glands

I wrote a similar thread only a couple of weeks ago. I have exactly the same although my lumps are a bit lower. Someone mentioned varicose veins but they became much more defined lumps and I got really worried. I got them checked out by the midwife and it's just fat Confused. She wouldn't confirm they would just go after birth and said my partner would love me either way. At least it isn't anything to worry about. X

Thank you both, I didn't consider lymph glands.

That's great to know @Matilda128 thank you! I was thinking of asking mw to check at next appointment also, I've not noticed them before and they do feel fatty so fingers crossed it's the same! X
