Subtle abdominal pain when I bend down - 22+1 weeks

Hi, I’m probably being paranoid but I wanted to know if any of you had had this, and the chances of it just being a muscular twinge. I’m 22+1, first pregnancy. I have a posterior placenta but yet to feel proper, regular movements although I think I’m feeling something. Normal pregnancy so far 🤞🏻.

Today I’ve noticed that when I bend down, like right down to pick something up from the floor, I have a slight twinge pain, like a bruise almost but not that bad, directly to the right of my belly button. Could this be the baby, or could I be hurting the baby by bending down? It is really quite slight, not a sharp pain but enough to notice.

I haven’t had that much ligament pain during my pregnancy and I thought that was on the side/base of the bump. Also this pain is only when I bend down and there isn’t any tenderness when I’m standing up or anything. I don’t think my bump feels tender or different to usual.

Am I overreacting or should I call triage to have this checked out?

Thanks in advance x
