So im trying to conceive after 3 miscarriages, I'm due on my period in 7days, I've been having waves of nausea, heartburn/acid reflux (which i have only ever had this when pregnant in the past) been needing to urinate more, been quite tired, was taking all of this as a good sign, until today, went to the toilet and had some bright red blood, i would say around the size of maybe a fifty pence piece, if not a little bigger, could i be pregnant or could i be coming on my period early, also started with stomach cramps. Any advice please as it is too early to do a test.
