Is this normal early pregnancy

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and have an upset stomach (diarrhoea accompanied by pain) this is my first pregnancy so not sure what's normal.. I suffer with endometriosis and it effects my bowel so having an upset stomach is not uncommon for me however I had surgery to remove the endometriosis back in August.. Any advice? Tried to get through to doctors but their phone lines are busy. Thankyou

@Lau197 I had this wonderful symptom of pregnancy around week 5/6.

Just had an early scan at 8 weeks and baby looking good with a healthy heart beat, so I wouldn’t worry.

I read that it can be caused by the increase I’m hormones and it can usually be one way or the other.

Yes, probably the hormones that relax everything kicking in.
Remember to eat well and drink adequately.

Wait until you’re further on and you get the dagger up the vagina pains !
