Implantation bleed like AF but BFP

I got my BFP today (2 days before AF is due) after a whole month of POAS and Googling symptoms (driving myself insane actually. I researched all the threads on here)

So here's what happened to me

I had a miscarriage in September this year at 7 weeks

I had a period 1st October and then 31st October

My last 'period' was 28th November

It started with a stretchy brown discharge then tons of dark brown blood that looked like a paste in my white leggings (literally looked like a full blown period)

And then I bled for a day, that covered a pad (I changed twice) and I bled into my knickers

The second day it tapered off to brown blood

My usual period lasts 5-7 days so I knew this period was weird

But I thought nothing of it cus my daughter was in hospital so I put it down to stress

Then I started feeling exhausted despite sleeping 8 hours a day. I woke up feeling tired

And then I had some days when I was as bright as a light, couldn't sleep til 5am which was weird for me

Then 2 days ago I had this weird sharp pain in my uterus that felt like stabbing pains

I can't explain it, but it felt like an electoc shock with pain

Not to mention I'm always out of breath. I can't even talk a full sentence without sounding out of breath

So after stalking all of you here I got my BFP today! It's a strongish line. I'm going to keep POAS because I'm afraid of a miscarriage

My 1 year old just jumped on my stomach and I'm scared I'm going to miscarry 😭😭😭

I forgot to mention I went for a blood test a week after my 'period' which I believe was an implantation bleed and it was negative

I believed I wasn't pregnant because of the blood test so it's not always accurate

I'd really suggest contacting your local EPAU for a check up - they should be able to do a hcg blood test and arrange a scan to ensure that there is a viable pregnancy and that it is in the right location.
Being breathless in early pregnancy is not normal, I had some "stretching" type pains but not stabbing pain (except unfortunately during miscarriages).

Also if you have a miscarriage home pregnancy tests can still show positive up to a week or so, so that's not really a good indicator of what is currently happening.
DC jumping on you is really unlikely to cause any issues though, an embryo is tiny and v well protected in there.
It's a bit riskier in later pregnancy as might damage the placenta but not v early.

I personally would go to your local EPU and have a scan as without wanting to worry you, having a bleed like you had is quite common with Ectopic pregnancies. I hope everything’s okay, it probably is but just to be safe!
