Bleeding when wiping

Hi
Just looking to see if anyone has had the same kind of thing happen to them.

Had a early scan at 6w+3 and all was well but had some bleeding but only when wipping and not a lot and bear in mind I am on a high dose of fragmin 20000 a day.
Stopped after couple of days that was about a week ago no issues in-between.
This morning again wipped and there was some blood but none in my pants.
Have had a miscarriage before which is why I am very anxious about it all. But the blood is nothing like before where I was soking a pad.
Last week the Dr put it down to cervical ring being irritated possibly fron the transvaginal scan I had. Not sure this time tho have been a bit ittchy down there or if its just cervical chages or something more sinister.

Sorry if tmi but was it after a poo? I've had it a few times after and it's completely normal. I've also had a miscarriage and a successful pregnancy and had more bleeding in the successful one than the miscarriage so it's not always something to worry about. Good luck x

If you have itching could it be thrush? I had this and didn’t realise thrush could cause bleeding (never had it before). No harm in contacting your maternity triage line or EPU as they can examine you if they think it’s necessary/swab for thrush if they think you have that - but it’s really not necessarily anything sinister.

Yes it can be normal on that dose of blood thinner - basically the micro scratches from the transvaginal irritate your skin into bleeding more than they normally would.

To me this sounds like normal and nothing to worry about, but really this is what your local early pregnamcy unit is for. Please don't ever feel you can't call them!

If you ring they will do an assessment over the phone and then give you advice. If they're worried they'll ask you to go in, if they think it's fine they'll say so.

If it's fine and they're not concerned then you deserve that reassurance!

@BabyB19 yes it was and I do have IBS and last time I had an ibs attack and the transvaginal scan.
Thanks for all the responses I do have a private scan booked for tomorrow.
It's so hard not to get over anxious about bleeding.

It's so hard not to panic after a loss @Crispy2015 but I've had this so many times after going to the toilet so I'm sure it is just something along those lines. If you are concerned though speak to the professionals there is nothing worse than the insane period at the beginning of pregnancy after a loss. I am 15 weeks now and not quite as crazy but still have bad days 💓
