Could a dye stealer at 20dpo indicate twins or do they all tend to get this dark by this point?

I wouldn't say so. Dye stealer at that point totally normal IME. You never know though!

Squiff70 · 23/12/2021 08:08

I expect that's pretty normal for 20DPO! Congratulations :)

Thanks ladies. I would secretly love twins Grin but I guess this is just normal at this point! x

Nope sorry

FRER are so sensitive it's pretty normal to get a Dye stealer at this point no matter how many babies are in there

I have twins and stopped testing after 14 DPO on FRER And moved onto clearblue digitals with weeks

Thanks @tiggerwhocamefortea, have done a CB and it showed the correct number of weeks so I guess there's just a normal level of HcG in there! Smile

I’m 25 weeks with twins, my CBs showed the right number of weeks and my 3+ was even a day late (knew exactly when I’d conceived them)
Got a clear BFP at 12 DPO, can’t remember when I got a dye stealer but I was a bit TTC crazy at the time and did about 14 pregnancy tests over ten days.
I had absolutely no idea it was twins, didn’t feel pregnant, and went for a private scan at seven weeks fully expecting them to say there wasn’t anything there. Anyway, there were two.

I had a dye stealer at 17dpo and not twins. Sorry.

Just one big healthy boy.

My pregnancy tests didn’t give away at all that I was having twins. If anything, I was worried the lines were too light!

siaa · 23/12/2021 09:59

Ah well it seems like I won't have a clue until my first scan then Grin thanks everyone! x
