Blue finger nails

So I've just noticed my nails have a slight tinge of blue. Wondering if it's cause for concern or anything. It's late now and I got work tomorrow wondering if I should get seen instead.

Are you cold? Are your lips blue? Mine both go blue when I'm cold.

No not cold heating been on all day and got my feet on a hot water bottle.
