Pain in upper left abdomen

OK so I'm 29 weeks pregnant and I've had this pain for a few months, I've been to the doctors about it and they say it's where my stomach is (although I try Google stomach pain and it always takes me to lower abdominal pain which is annoying) I can't find ANYTHING even similar to what I have so naturally I'm concerned and doctors always fob it off as reflux, which I'm almost positive it's not. It's just under my ribs, not where baby is so I'm not concerned about her, and all my midwife appointments my pee has no protein and my blood pressure is fine.

The pain is weird and hard to describe, I'm finding it happens when I compress that area, so if I am laid on my left side (great! Seeing as that's how we're told to sleep) or leaning that way on the couch. It hurts if I've eaten or I haven't but it seems to hurt when I eat, more quickly, which is why it feels like it's when it's compressed. It's getting so uncomfortable that I wake up in the night with it. It's like a dull but intense pain, in the past it's felt as though my stomach is "shrivelling" if that makes any sense at all.

What I'd like to know is has anyone who's been pregnant had something similar? Nobody can seem to give me an answer so I've basically diagnosed myself with "my stomach is out of room and therefore uncomfortable" but knowing me it'll be something serious 😂
