Possible ectopic

Hi I was wondering if anyone has had anything similar,
Last Friday I went for a scan at EPU as I had a positive pregnancy test, as I've had two previous MMC they wanted to scan me.
During the scan they seen two sacks so possible twin pregnancy, I had bloods done as I'm to early to confirm the pregnancy, they repeated the bloods today,y HCG levels have risen lovely they said but they have detected fluid on my pelvis! They said this could possibly be an ectopic pregnancy!!
Surely they would have picked this up in the ultra sound that they did Friday? I'm going out of my mind at the moment. I have now got to have another scan Christmas Eve to find out if it's ectopic or not.

Hope all is good from your scan on Xmas Eve! I know I'm a bit late to see your post but I recently had an ectopic and wanted to share my experience. From the first scan where my levels were only 266, she could see really clearly that my uterus was empty and there was no sign of pregnancy, apart from the tests. I was diagnosed with PUL (pregnancy of unknown location) and then they found fluid in a tube the following week, which they could then diagnosed with ectopic.

So sorry to hear about your ectopic. Thank you for your reply, my scan was cancelled due to having to staff there to scan be, it was re scheduled for the 5/1/22 everything was fine I was 5w6d and baby had a little heart beat.
