Hey ladies I’m going in for my C-section tomorrow morning and I’m so scared. I have lost my appetite, feel really nauseous and I have such a headache which I woke up with😌
Please tell me all of these feelings will go away, I have a 8 year old already and I’m just so nervous about life changing I can’t get it out my head x

I had a planned c section and it was a great experience the birth of my little boy I was in no pain and my baby was born quickly and healthy. Try not to worry they will look after you x

I had an emergency section a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience! The section itself was surreal but amazing and recover hasn’t been as hard as I’d imagined.

Accept all the help you can get once you’re home (avoid hoovering and lifting things) and rest when you can (if you can with an 8 year old and a new born!), make sure the hospital send you away with decent pain meds as paracetamol probably won’t be enough initially.

Good luck & congratulations!
