How can stomach grow anymore feel like going to explode is this usual?

33 weeks and every few days stomach gets so tight swollen like going to explode - is this growing pains ? Hard to breathe and feels sick...

33+2 with twins and carrying crazily high ....horrendous, so I sympathise! Rib pain also insane.
