I have ate loads of lychees are these fruit safe to consume while being pregnant??

Completely fine. The list of foods you need to avoid in pregnancy is really quite short.Assuming you're in the UK, check the NHS list (www.nhs.uk/pregnancy/keeping-well/foods-to-avoid/), and don't worry about anything else unless it's obviously gone off, out of date, etc.
