Hi everyone im new here but i need some mum help.
I already have a 3 year old girl (her bday was yesterday) and my last period was 24th October. I done a few tests all which have faint positive lines, i need a wee more iv had few other symptoms similar to last pregnancy... to find my period or like a period today i havent the usual bloating with it and no pain. Im waiting to speak with my Drs there dragging their feet a little so i thought id come here for some similar stories.

from what I know a faint positive line is still a positive line. period of 24th Oct would make you over 6-7 weeks pregnant by now (assuming you have a regular cycle).
Mate - I think you're pregnant.

Well thats what i thought as i am quite regular but blood appearing made me question it. I used clear blue and they dnt seem like evap lines i did first response too last week which was a little faint to be excited about. Eeeek i hope so nice summer baby :) @JasKam888 i dont know how to add a picture onto here

If you're 6-7 weeks pregnant the lines would be faint because of the hook effect that kicks in around 6 weeks. It's basically when your HCG levels are so high that pregnancy tests malfunction xx

Just to be clear, are you saying you're bleeding now? And that it's like a normal period?

That would be concerning if you're also having positive pregnancy tests. It could be a sign of miscarriage, or ectopic pregnancy at about 6-7 weeks. You need a scan. The GP can refer you to EPU

Not heavy like a period just a bit this morning but not like a tap. Im waiting for my gp to contact me

Go get an early Scan. I had some pain and spotting at 5 weeks. I went for a scan on 6 weeks 1 day. Although news was good and it wasn't ectopic and they found a sac... they dated me at 5 weeks as no embryo.
Now I have to go back next week and really scared as nurse left in my head "it can go either way".
Maybe I am only 5 weeks, my pregnancy test wasn't positive until 5 days late. tests at 1 day late and 3 days late were negative. So I am hoping I am just a few days behind where I am meant to be.

But enough of making this about me... point is - go get an early scan due to the bleeding. Our hospital needed a referral. Get hold of that Dr.

Oh my i hope youre ok. Yes im going to call my drs and see. The lady this mornin was a bit like pfft go to a and e if ur pregnant and bleeding but i know alot of friends have had a few period type bleeds pregnant begining of pregnancys its all so confusing, then aftershe listened to me she said to fill in a form for the dr to call me. My last one was so smooth from start to finish its all confusing 🤦‍♀️

No you don't want to go to A&E they're swamped as it is. You need EPU - some areas they need a referral and others you can self-refer. If you say you think you're 6-7 weeks pregnant and now bleeding you should be able to get seen.

Ive just spoken with my drs now theyve got me in for a blood test friday so hopefully that will shed some light, im trying not to think either way about it so i dont get excited or upset as i feel like i will be that tint percent that has a false positive 🙃 thank you everyone for your replys
