I'm 36 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I've had pelvic girdle pain for a long time now, but it's not got to the stage when I seriously, seriously cannot walk. I also have carpal tunnel syndrome which also seems to have travelled into my knees! I cannot stand up from the pain in my knees. I've gained almost 20kilos now, and I'm a petite woman (I'm 161cm and I was 58kg pre pregnancy). I also have a lot of amniotic fluid, almost polyhydramnios but they're not diagnosing me with it yet.
I feel like my heart is working very very hard.
I don't know where I'm going with this. I just wonder sometimes if my body will give up before it's supposed to! I'd like my baby to 'bake' a bit more :) but I'm also in agony haha.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I made a typo there. I meant: it's NOW got to the point where..

Get yourself an exercise ball seriously I have the same pain and just bouncing sitting on that for periods has really helped.

Thank you I will try that :)
