I am 18 weeks pregnant and have my 20 week scan on the 29th and a consultant appointment on the 4th. The appointment letters for both day to bring my antenatal notes. At my 16 week appointment my midwife told me she did not have my notes to give me as they had been lost, so she would post them to me if she found them. This was now more than two weeks ago and I've heard nothing. I have tried calling the midwife team to chase it up but nobody ever seems to be available. I'm really starting to worry now
