Endometriosis and pregnant (pains?)

Hello. I am miraculously pregnant after years of endometriosis suffering and one removal surgery. However I have been in considerable pelvic and abdominal pain my entire 14 weeks of pregnancy. Does anybody with previous endo surgery have any pregnancy experience to share with me? The pains and bowel issues really worry me and, having had an adult lifetime of pelvic pain, I really can't judge how much is normal.

I found the first trimester painful at points. I think scar tissue stretching was the reason why. It wasn't considerable pain though, but my last surgery had been about 4 years before. By bowel issues do you mean loose stools?
