I’m 11 weeks today and have been having yellowish sticky snot-like discharge since 6+5, sometimes stickier than other times but usually doesn’t soak in to my pants or pad, just sort of sticks on top (sorry TMI!) with no smell or itching … had a swab for BV as soon as I noticed it which came back negative, so was just trying not to worry. But it has increased recently and then today there have been some small streaks of blood in it, and now it seems to have changed to a much thinner yellow liquid, more of it and soaks into a pad. Anyone had anything similar or have any idea what on earth is going on? I feel like I should be preparing for the worst :( second pregnancy and the first one had nothing like this

Oh God I’ve just been googling and now I’m panicking that the new watery stuff is amniotic fluid?! That would surely not be surmountable at 11 weeks?!

I seem to remember having a yellowy discharge when I took pregnacare, my discharge in general was always quite watery during pregnancy, i used to have to wear a liner. When is your scan?

Deffo doesn't sound like a miscarriage at all. I'm 12 weeks, I've been spotting brown, pink or yellow since week 5 (Mainly pink!) Ive had 5 scans to calm my nerves but baby is fine x

I got a scan at the EPU and it was a miscarriage :( no heartbeat and baby stopped growing at 9 weeks

So sorry to hear that OP 😢

Thank you. I read so many threads with loads of varying normal discharge (and spotting) that turned out ok but I just had this gut feeling something wasn’t right. I don’t want to tell anyone other than my partner and he’s in the middle of a really important work meeting. Head is buzzing :(

Oh OP I'm so so sorry. I'm so so surprised too as your symptoms really didn't sound bad compared to mine. Hope my previous comment wasn't insensitive.
Thoughts are with you. x
