Is this the baby moving?

Am 13+6 and am getting all sorts of flutterings in my stomach area, is this the baby moving already - it was very active at the scan.
I thought that you had to be a lot further on to feel movements etc

sounds like it might be - but i think most people don't feel them for another few weeks - but this is what early movements feel like
