Third baby - likelihood of HG again?

Hi ladies, I am currently 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my third child. I have had two previous miscarriages. Every previous pregnancy I have suffered within the first three months with HG. So far I've only felt a teeny bit nauseous but nothing too bad. My last pregnancy it started at 4 weeks 6 days. Both my children are girls. Just looking for some advice if it is a given I will get it again. Has anyone had multiple pregnancies and not got with one ?

I didn't have it with my first - a girl. But I did have it with my second, a boy and had to be medicated until 27 weeks (and it came back with a vengeance at 35 weeks).

I have three close friends who had it, one had it with 2 out of 3 pregnancies (all boys), one had it with all 3 (she had one girl, 2 boys) and the last one had it with her son, who is an only.
