Hi all
I am 4w2d and I am a little worried as I have been getting quite a few cramps all over my abdomen and also started to get clear discharge so much so that i keep running to the toilet expecting to see blood anytime I wipe.
It is my first pregnancy and im quite nervous of miscarrying and was just wondering if anyone else experienced this?

Yes and yes. Mild cramping is totally normal in the early days as everything settles in and I have gotten clear discharge throughout both my pregnancies ( I'm currently 37 weeks and have had it a lot from the very beginning and had it a lot when pregnant with DD). It's such a worrying time those first few weeks but try not to overthink or Google too much or you will drive yourself mad! Good luck with your pregnancy ❤

Yes one of my first symptoms a week after conception was lots of discharge I thought I was getting period aswell. I also had cramping right from the start aswell so much do I was examined and scanned at 5 weeks because it was one sided. I am now 14 weeks and all has been fine so far

That sounds completely normal, the cramping is most likely your uterus stretching Smile Try not to worry too much, although I know it's difficult Flowers
