Uterus/fundal height at 12 weeks

Wondered if anyone has any suggestions, I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and have my first scan on Monday! Second pregnancy. I've been able to easily feel my uterus from 9.5 weeks. When my bladder is full, the top of my uterus sits at my belly button, if its empty it sits a couple of cm below my belly button. I spoke to a midwife on the phone at about 10 weeks who said either I'm further along than thought or it's multiples or I have a tilted uterus. I guess there's no way of knowing until the scan! but anyone else noticed this?

Do you have a petite frame?

I have a tilted uterus, I have had twins and singletons. I'm 5ft 8 and always carry high so feel my uterus higher up than all the development sites say you should for the gestation.

@Chely I'm about 5ft 5 but have quite a short torso. with my first I don't remember feeling any hardness till much later but aware it can be earlier in subsequent pregnancies, didn't expect this early though!
