36w gestational diabetes 79th percentile

Was diagnosed with GD at 34w been diet controlled however this week had a fair few high readings. Just had my 36w growth scan and his gone from being 95th percentile at 34w to now 79th. I have an appointment to see the diabetic consultant next week but just wondering if anyone is similar? What can I expect? They only induce if over 90th percentile right ?

I have gestational diabetes (it's such a nightmare isn't it?) my baby is 75th percentile and I was recommended induction at 38 weeks because I'm treated with metformin as in my Trust they want to deliver baby at 38 weeks if you're on any treatment. My fasting sugars were uncontrolled before metformin. The other readings are ok with diet.
