Cramps at 12/13 weeks pregnant

I haven’t had any cramping since early on around 5-6 weeks which was light and felt like pulling. I’ve just turned 13 weeks today and been getting cramping all week on and off. It doesn’t last too long but it is uncomfortable and stops me in my tracks. Was so worried today nearly burst into tears at work. Can anyone offer me any reassurance? Is this normal and could it just be the uterus growing? Thank you.

From 13 weeks until around 17 weeks, I had quite a few cramps and stretches and pains, they felt like mild period pains. I am not sure what they were but I know a lot of others who started to feel similar cramping around then. I was also starting to get a little bump at this point, so it most likely was my uterus stretching. By 20 weeks they had disappeared for me, but I then started getting round ligament pains instead!

11 weeks here and I have started feeling mild cramping again. It is not painful or bad so I assumed it would be everything growing in there ☺️
